I can't see you mention an important point - reduce starch intake while monitoring blood sugar and insulin levels from blood tests. Testing for HA1c also gives a useful measure of the blood sugar level over the past 2-3 months. To lower blood sugar, protein and healthy fats should be more favoured; when starch is eaten, low GI should be favoured. This will work for most people, then herbs and supplements can be used on top. It's a no-brainer that exercise is important - cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes; and weight bearing 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes, say. Cheers.

Thank you for mentioning some very easily obtainable herbal alternatives for people. We all need to do our research and it can be possible that diabetes is able to be controlled with proper diet, exercise and the aid of natural medications.

Good work done, Yes diabetes herbs has the ability to nourish pancreas, liver and small intestine and bring back its normal functioning thus blood glucose is controlled and diabetes may be cured.
